What's the difference between MDN and MDN Plus?

Mozilla Developer Network (MDN) Web Docs is an evolving learning platform for Web technologies and the software that powers the Web. MDN's mission is simple: provide a blueprint for a better Internet and empower a new generation of developers and content creators to build it.

MDN Web Docs is available for free, is accessible to all, and doesn’t require you to sign in with a Mozilla account. You can upgrade your access with a free or paid MDN Plus subscription, which includes varying access to Collections, Notifications and MDN Offline. MDN Plus requires you to create and/or sign in with a Mozilla account. To learn more, see the MDN Plus FAQ page.

MDN Plus is currently available in the United States, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Sweden, Singapore, Switzerland, and Spain.
