SUMO L10n tools enhancement

Since the change of the release cycle the L10n tools are a little harder to use for our L10n. We would like to tweak the tools, so that it's easier and fun to localize SUMO.

We have limited development resources so we really want to work on the main pain points for our current localizers and user their user feedback as the development driver.

Localizer's Feedback

In order to know where we can make the biggest impact with our limited development resources we need as much and as detailed feedback as possible, from the localizers using the SUMO tools on a daily basis.

Enhancements: project plan

Once we have collected the feedback we will go over it and try to figure out with our developers where we have the potential to make the biggest impact.

We will then:

• choose features/solutions we want to work on
• start wireframing
• ask localizers again for feedback
• implement the enhancements
