Right now we can't create per category moderators, adding Brian for category creation approval.

We will be more than happy to have our community Category. Moderation is not our concern, as we believe mozillians won't spam after login through persona. :) I just give the reference because the "Moderators" filed was a mandatory.
i don't think category moderators are necessary but yes having a community category would sure be awesome.
